Yoga in English

Vinyasa “flow” yoga brings together body, mind and breath through the use of yoga postures (asanas). It’s a more vigorous, dynamic style which links breath and movement through a sequence of postures designed to stretch, strengthen and energize the whole body. This practice is designed to leave you energized and relaxed at the same time. Improves postural alignment while increasing strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. If you’ve been curious about yoga and its effects, come and experience what it is about.

Before Coming to Class
Wear clothing you can move easily in. Bare feet are essential. There are changing rooms in the studio. It's best not to eat a meal any closer than two hours before class (a juice an hour ahead is OK). If you have any physical or medical condition, please inform your instructor at the first class. It's important to be on time for class.
